Secure data medium destruction

The only way to ensure secure destruction of data media like hard drives, USB sticks, or CD Roms is to fully destroy the storage media in accordance with data protection regulations.

This is why our subsidiary company MAMMUT uses special high-performance shredders to destroy data media. These chop up the memory surfaces in accordance with DIN 66399 so that reconstructing the data is impossible. We then deliver the shredded material to be recycled.

We use specialized secure containers to collect confidential data media, which are available in different sizes depending on your needs. The locked containers are transported by specialized personnel in secure vehicles, just like our file destruction services, and destroyed in video-monitored secure areas on our operating premises each day in accordance with DIN 66399 and the General Data Protection Regulation.

MAMMUT is represented by 13 locations across Germany. A combination of regional, certified disposal specialists ensures we can handle our customers’ needs across the country, even for customers active in many different areas. All MAMMUT facilities are certified in accordance with quality standard ISO 9001:2008/2015.
